Supervised and coordinated every phase of management of 304 unit condominium complex during its conversion and remodel from rental apartments to fee-simple condominiums. Integral part of design team responsible, for new offices and recreation area including pool, hot tubs and tennis courts. Designed and created all landscaping features. Founded and managed three separate Homeowner Associations.
