Aloha and welcome.
I’ve enjoyed an extraordinary life having spent the majority of it living and working in some of the most beautiful and remote places on earth. Since leaving my home in Zambia at the age of sixteen to work my way around the world, I’ve had the opportunity to try my hand at many different things. I’ve done everything from washing cow’s udders to professional sports promotion to top-level management. En route I’ve had more than my fair share of close shaves and incredible experiences. My real passion however has always been the preservation of the world’s diminishing wildlife, balanced with the increasing need for environmentally sensitive land planning and development.
Balancing development and nature
It’s an unfortunate fact that we live in a shrinking world. As the world’s population continues to increase, development and encroachment into previously pristine and uninhabited areas becomes an inevitable reality. I believe we all share a collective responsibility to insure whenever
“improvements” are undertaken in these areas, that they are conducted in a fashion that holds paramount the integral importance of the balance of nature. This can be a contentious issue but with careful planning it can often be accomplished in a manner that provides a wonderful win – win scenario for all involved. The development expertise I have gained over the years, coupled with a deep and abiding love of nature, provides me with a unique perspective of these issues.

This website has been designed with several objectives in mind. Along with background information about my life, it’s intended to promote my real estate services to those interested in acquiring and protecting property in 
the Hawaiian Islands. Additionally, and as a result of the hundreds of speaking engagements I’ve had over the years, it introduces my “Power of Speech” seminars during which participants learn how to overcome naturally inherent fears of public speaking. I also continue to accept speaking engagements from a wide range of groups including Rotarians, Toastmasters, and Wildlife Societies on topics including travel, wildlife, real estate investing and public speaking. Each section of this website includes information whereby interested parties can contact me easily and directly. Thank you for your interest and I’ll look forward to hearing from you.
